Parts Manager


We are currently seeking a full-time Parts Manager. The position will be responsible for
managing the daily operation of the Parts Department including inventory control, ordering,
and providing expert assistance in identifying and sourcing parts for customers and the
Service Department.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage and be responsible for all Parts inventory and proactively fix discrepancies
• Receive and enter daily Parts shipments
• Source and sell parts and accessories to existing and prospective customers
• Generate quotes and complete orders as per customer requests
• Work closely with the Service Department to ensure all necessary parts are procured
and invoiced correctly
• Check all load related documents to ensure shipments are complete and accurate
Parts Manager
• Maintain retail sales floor to meet dealership standards and ensure customer
satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is required; whether agricultural or automotive. Candidates
with no experience in either a Parts position, or agricultural dealership management
will not be considered at this time.
• Must be a team player with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and
fellow co-workers. Customer service skills, and detail orientation are key to this role
• Extensive knowledge of agriculture and related equipment is mandatory
• Previous exposure to dealer specific management software and knowledge of
inventory management is considered an asset
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lb at a time

Preference will be given to applicants who reside within a reasonable commute.
